Lay a piece you already own flat and measure across the chest, then compare to the tables below.

Add a measurement table for chest width, body length, and sleeve length by size.

Add a measurement table for waist, inseam, and rise by size.

Most Therapray pieces are cut boxy and relaxed. Size down for a closer fit.
